Transitional Congregate Program
This 55 bed program is designed to provide emergency placement for HASA eligible homeless single adults and families, by offering temporary housing and case management
services for clients meeting HASA admission criteria. The program provides fully furnished private rooms, private or shared bathrooms, lounges, efficiencies, laundry and recreational facilities.
On-site case managers endeavor to assist clients to move from emergency to permanent housing. Services included consist of on-site case management. Substance abuse and Mental Health counseling, Medical and drug treatment program linkage, and assistance in locating permanent housing.Transitional Congregate
